Useful answers before the conversation.
What does the $250 monthly service include?
It includes transaction categorization, bank and credit-card reconciliation, monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports, client queries, review, close, and report delivery. The accounts and start date are confirmed during consultation.
Is historical cleanup included in the monthly price?
No. TrueBooks reviews the existing books during onboarding. If earlier periods need cleanup or catch-up work, that work receives a separate scope and price before it begins.
When will I receive my reports?
The monthly reporting schedule is agreed during onboarding and depends on receiving the records and answers needed to close the books.
Is tax filing or payroll included?
No. Those are separate services with scope confirmed before work begins.
