BOOKKEEPING SUPPORT

How TrueBooks can help

TrueBooks USA lists its ongoing Full-Service Bookkeeping at $250 per month. Historical cleanup, payroll, and tax services are separate and discussed before work begins.

What Does Monthly Bookkeeping Include?

The recurring monthly work

TrueBooks organizes and categorizes transactions, reconciles bank and credit-card activity, follows up on unclear items, reviews the books, and completes the monthly close. The agreed accounts and start date are confirmed during consultation.

The reports you receive

The listed monthly deliverables are a Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow report. TrueBooks reviews the records before delivering the reports. The reporting schedule is agreed during onboarding and depends on receiving the information needed to close the period.

What you provide

The client provides requested business records, approved accounting access, and answers when a transaction or balance needs clarification. A timely answer helps the bookkeeper resolve an open item instead of guessing.

How to discuss QuickBooks access

If you use QuickBooks Online, ask which access method fits the engagement before inviting anyone. Accountant-firm access and an individual user invitation are different paths with different permissions. TrueBooks confirms the approved access and the records needed during onboarding. Do not send your own login credentials or financial documents through an unapproved channel.

Work with a separate scope

The $250 monthly service is ongoing bookkeeping. Historical cleanup, payroll support, tax filing, and CPA strategy meetings are discussed separately. TrueBooks reviews the records and confirms any additional work and price before it begins.
